The dryer screen play an important role in paper macking machine.It is a high-breathing fabric applied to the dryer section of the long-wire paper machine and the board machine. It is made of various plastic synthetic fibers as the main raw material, and is processed by weaving and heat setting. Special resin treatment is carried out as needed, and the joints of the net are also advanced. 

The main function of the dryer screen is to improve the contact between the paper sheet and the dryer during the process of guiding the wet paper sheet through the drying section, to obtain high yield, low energy consumption, and good performance on the paper surface. This requires the dry mesh to have sufficient strength, proper ventilation, good size, stability and smooth mesh surface.

Features:
1. Acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, which is several times of the woven dry blanket, canvas and ordinary dry net.
2. Flat mesh surface, high tensile strength, good permeability and high heat transfer efficiency.
3. Easy to install and use, no imprinting on the interface, and no deformation during use.

Application:
It is woven with round high-strength warp and weft yarn. The double-layer woven structure improves the stability and running effect of the dryer screen on the paper machine. The uniform and smooth surface of the drying fabric greatly improves the heat transfer and drying capacity.
