The Bale Breaker is an essential machine in the paper pulp stock preparation process, primarily used for breaking down waste paper bales under dry conditions. This system effectively removes light and small contaminants, enabling the removal of larger rejects post-bale breaking. Its sturdy construction includes a cylinder with a feeding device, supporting rollers, a support frame, a rejects tank, and a power transmission system. Inside, the cylinder has a lifting board, spiral band, and strategically placed perforations for rejecting unwanted materials. The cylinder's outer side has raceways that stabilize it on the supporting rollers, while the bottom is designed with axial positioning wheels and a well-structured rejects tank to ensure seamless operation.
