Disc heat disperser
This machine is the key equipment for the dispersing treatment of waste paper in the production process of recycled paper. The working principle is that the slurry is forced into the heat disperser in a high concentration state. While being heated by steam, it is strongly overlapped and rubbed between the fixed plate and the movable plate with special bead teeth, so that the previous process remains in the fiber. The viscose, paraffin, plastic, rubber, ink, etc. dissolve and disperse to the extent that it is easy to remove in the next process or cannot be observed by the naked eye, so as to remove the papermaking obstacles caused by such impurities and improve the performance.
