Drying section is the paper machine in the steam consumption of the most parts, generally accounting for 55% of the total energy cost of the paper machine.Therefore, the adoption of advanced steam and condensate systems can increase production capacity and increase paper machine efficiency, reduce drying costs and increase profits.Therefore, the optimization scheme for drying cadres focuses on steam systems and condensate water transfer systems, which include steam rotators, stationary and rotating siphons, and associated components.
Metal hoses, attached to the rotary joints on each drying can play a critical role in achieving this outcome.They flex, absorb vibration and operate at the temperatures required to deliver steam to and drain condensate from the cans. When needed, their corrosion resistance prolongs service life.

With the adoption of loaded piston structure,give the sealing ring a constant pressure and thus make tight its attachment to the lower cap.The lower cap is linked by flango to the spindle nose of the dryer,and the piston remains stable flange to the spindle nose of the dryer, and the piston remains stable while the lower cap rotates synchronously with the dryer, so the sealing ring can move to adapt the angle variation and eccentricity.

Siphon of dryer cylinder

Cantilever Type Siphon System:
The excellent property of fixed cantilever siphon makes possible effective drainage under the condition of high speed and low pressure difference.The reliable rigid support encables the equipment to accurately control the liquid level of the condensate water when the equipment is in speed operation,and thus realizes more constant heat transfer at high temperature.
The joint is fixed to the bearing holder with a ring support,while the horizontal pipe is fixed with a taper locking face and a hollow screw in the joint,so the siphon,fixed to the dryer,will be fastened to the horizontal pipe. 

Turbulator Tube Bars:

Made of stainless steel and installed in the inside of dryer,to create resonant waves in the condensate film to increase condensate turbulence and therefore, increasing the rate of heat transfer.
