Product Description
This pulp vibrating screen separator is widely used in paper recycling mills for paper pulp cleaning and screening. Pulp vibrating screen is developed recently by the reference of foreign technics. Its screening capacity is strong with self-cleaning function, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, easy maintenance, it is the domestic more advanced screening equipment.
When the cleaner working, the stock run to the bottom of gas seal room by stock level controlling device, and the screen body is vibrated under the affect of vibration producer, then the pressure pulse is formed. This cleaning method by pressure pulse can not only make the screen plate more cleanly but decrease the load on the screen plate.

Paper Pulp Vibrating Screen uses the pressure pulse produced by the periodic vibration to screen about pulp and purify the screen. After the pulp flows into the screen frame from the pulp box, the good pulp passes through the screen hole under the effect of difference, and is discharged from the pulp outlet. The coarse slag without passing the screen hole constantly jumps to the tail and is discharged from the screen frame.
