Mirror Calender Roll Advantage:
The calender roll body is made of alloy forged steel and has a mirror coating of thermal spraying tungsten carbide process.
Its surface hardness is more than 10 times higher than that of ordinary calendered silver, and more than 5 times higher than that of chrome-plated calender rolls.
After spraying, the finish of the calender roll reaches Ra0.O1. This coating can effectively strengthen the bonding strength with the surface of the roll body, increase its wear resistance, and reduce the shedding of the surface wear layer; at the same time, it has good corrosion resistance and can be improved.
