Calender roll means that the coated printing paper passes through the pressure roller to increase its gloss. The printing paper is first coated with varnish on the ordinary glazing roller, and after drying, it passes through the stainless steel belt of the calender roller to heat and press, after cooling, After peeling, the surface of the printing paper forms a specular reflection effect, thereby obtaining high gloss.

Leizhan uses thermal spraying technology to spray a tungsten carbide coating on the surface of the calender roll, which can enhance the anti-corrosion and wear resistance of the calender roll and improve the brightness and flatness of the paper.

Mirror Calender Roll Advantage:

The calender roll body is made of alloy forged steel and has a mirror coating of thermal spraying tungsten carbide process.

Its surface hardness is more than 10 times higher than that of ordinary calendered silver, and more than 5 times higher than that of chrome-plated calender rolls.

After spraying, the finish of the calender roll reaches Ra0.O1. This coating can effectively strengthen the bonding strength with the surface of the roll body, increase its wear resistance, and reduce the shedding of the surface wear layer; at the same time, it has good corrosion resistance and can be improved.
