Application
It is mainly used for the fine screening of pulp in the pulp and paper industry, which can effectively remove small impurities such as stickies, ink particles, dust, etc., thereby improving paper quality.
Structural features
The separation speed of heavy impurities and fibers under the action of centrifugal force is fast, and the wear on the screen basket is small.
Since the centrifugal force keeps impurities away from the screen basket, the screen slits are not easily blocked by impurities.
When the fiber passes through the screen basket, it is softer and has no interference from impurities, and the pulse strength of the pulp is low, which is beneficial to the removal of plastic impurities
1.Under the pressure of centrifugal movement from rotor, the impurity moves around the outside part of screen basket. Since the impurity moves quite far away from screen basket, the service life of screen basket can be increased due to less wear.
3.Lower pulse help in sending pulp into headbox of paper machine in a stable condition so that the paper machine can run stably and less broken ends can be created.
4.The design of inflow approach screen helps in more througput, lower energy consumption,higher screening efficiency and less rejects.
