Product Description

The dry screen play an important role in paper macking machine.It is a high-breathing fabric applied to the dryer section of the long-wire paper machine and the board machine. It is made of various plastic synthetic fibers as the main raw material, and is processed by weaving and heat setting. Special resin treatment is carried out as needed, and the joints of the net are also advanced. 

The main function of the dryer screen is to improve the contact between the paper sheet and the dryer during the process of guiding the wet paper sheet through the drying section, to obtain high yield, low energy consumption, and good performance on the paper surface. This requires the dry mesh to have sufficient strength, proper ventilation, good size, stability and smooth mesh surface.

1. Q: Can i have a sample order for round yarn dryer screen?
A: Yes, we can provide free sample together with our catalogue for customer to test and check quality.  
But the freight charge will on your side. We'll refund the freight charge when you make an order.

3. Q: When will delivery the goods?       
A: Usally, we will deliver the goods within 10 working days. And if the quantity is big, it will take about 15 working days.

4. Q: Waht is the payment terms?     
A:  We prefer T/T, but for some countries, we will also accept L/C. So pls feel free about the payment.

5. Q: Is the package strong enough for the long transportation?   
A: Of course it is. By sea, we will pack every piece into wooden/ polywood box. By air, we will pack it by strong water-proof bag.
 
6. Do you have any MOQ limit for paper making wire?
A: Low MQQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

7.How to deal with the faulty ?
