Polyester Forming Screen
Polyester forming fabric refers generally to the polyester fabrics woven with polyester fiber in spiral and heddle inserting into methods for various industrial uses in producing of paper, corrugated paper, paper for train fare, filtration and separation in environmental protection, pharmaceutical, mine, metallurgy, machinery, airspace and other fields.
Paper-making polyester forming wire can be divided into 4-shed, 5-shed, 8-shed, 16-shed, 24-shed according to the weaving type, etc.
Paper-making polyester forming wire can be divided into single layer fabric, double layer fabric, two-and-a half layer fabric and three-layer fabric according to the category.
4-shed and 5-shed series single layer fabric is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making, mainly used for producing cultural paper (single glue, double glue and color glue), printing paper, glazed paper, packing paper, common newsprint and so on. Suitable for common fourdrinier paper machine.
8-shed single and a half layer polyester forming fabric is suitable for producing the packing paper which be requested with big quantity, like kraft paper, cardboard,corrugated paper and so on. Also could be used for producing common printing paper. Suitable for common fourdrinier paper machine.
8-shed,16-shed double and a half layer polyester forming fabric is suitable for various papers of the high-speed paper machine.
16 heddle monolayer polyester forming fabric: Applicable to the production of writing paper, printing paper and newsprint, suitable for high-speed clamp net / long paper machine.
With the feature of horizontal dimensional stability, good paper support and paper extraction. High permeability, strong abrasion resistance, smooth surface, strong dehydration, long life, good paper characteristics.
