Paper Machine Cylinder Mould Introduce:

Cylinder is the main part in cylinder paper machine on which the paper width is formed.It is required to filter water evenly and not produce too much stirring in the trough when rotating.The cage should have sufficient stiffness and accurate geometry and should be installed horizontally.

The rotary shaft is fitted with a brass support bar device called spokes, with spokes spaced 100-150mm apart.The spokes support the central rim of the wheel, which is surrounded by grooves with horizontal bars of the same length as the net cage.The horizontal strip is about 1cm in diameter and 4cm from the center, parallel to the central axis.The bar is made of steel or brass and the section may be round or rectangular.There are protruding wheel rings on the outermost wheel rings, which are used to seal the corresponding parts of the net groove, so as to isolate the inside and outside of the cylinder.In the horizontal bar according to the spiral milling out of serrated groove, with a continuous diameter of about 3mm of metal wire spiral wound in the cylinder, then form a cage cylinder frame.The gap between adjacent wires is about 1cm.Finally, the copper wire is first covered with a thick brass or stainless steel inner mesh, and then covered with a thin surface mesh for paper making.In the net and face net are terminal net, is a special tool to tighten in the cylinder frame, with silver welding or welding butt up.The final assembly must concentric with the central shaft, and its stiffness should be sufficient to withstand the pressure of the volute roll without deformation.
