Paper Pulp Vibrating Screen is a kind of pulp roughing equipment, mainly used for chemical pulp, mechanical pulp in addition to the section and waste paper pulp rough screening,Vibrating Screen for waste paper treatment process, can effectively remove the metal, plastic, rubber and other coarse impurities in waste paper pulp.
Paper Pulp Vibrating Screen uses the pressure pulse produced by the periodic vibration to screen about pulp and purify the screen. After the pulp flows into the screen frame from the pulp box, the good pulp passes through the screen hole under the effect of difference, and is discharged from the pulp outlet. The coarse slag without passing the screen hole constantly jumps to the tail and is discharged from the screen frame.
Paper Pulp Vibrating Screen has the advantages of high pitting capacity, low power consumption, small footprint and so on. It is one of the ideal equipment for paper pulp rough screen.
Working Principle:
When the cleaner working, the stock run to the bottom of gas seal room by stock
level controlling device, and the screen body is vibrated under the affect of vibration producer, then the pressure pulse is formed. This cleaning method by pressurepulse can not only make the screen plate more cleanly but decrease the load on the screen plate.
