High Density Cleaner mainly applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp,like staples,stone,glasses,etc.Volute pulp inflow chamber,the eddy ability is strong and low pressure area subarea is obvious.This makes accepts and impurities separate thoroughly.Wear resistance ceramics cone,long service life.Specially designed long cone has small taper angle and fine cleaning efficiency.Equipment with PLC control cabinet,convenient and easy to control,sufficiently discharge impurities.
Feature:
1. The equipment occupies a small area, is easy to operate, does not block the slag discharge port, and has high purification efficiency.
2. Double cone structure, strong separation ability for heavy slag.
3. Large-diameter feed tee, large throughput, low pressure, low power consumption, and simplified process design.
4. Can remove gravel, metal, glass and other heavy impurities, reduce subsequent equipment wear.
5. The tee is made of 304 stainless steel, the cone is thickened and wear-resistant ceramic, and the service life is long.
