The D-type hydrapulper is mainly used for shredding all kinds of pulp board, damaged paper and all kinds of waste paper. Its main features are the volks rotor off-center position, so that the paper and the rotor contact faster, higher frequency. A conventional hydra pulper produces an unimpeded swirl in which the paper moves from the entry point to the central rotor in a spiral path. The D-type hydrapulper changes this flow mode to make the paper contact with the rotor more quickly, which can shorten the time from the paper to the shredder and improve the production capacity without increasing the power and volume.

Feature:
1. Pulper rotor off-center position, so that the waste paper could touch the rotor more quickly, higher frequency.

2. The tank is made of welded steel, outside of mouth is ultra-high strength steel, which used to strengthen tank, in the bottom of the cone have a deflector, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating. At the bottom of the tank is an impurity discharge outlet.

3. Pulper rotor and pulp tray is higher than pulper groove bottom plane, which can reduce the pulper rotor and impurities contact, so that prolong life-span, preventing the twisted rope winding on the rotor.
