Product Description

Therefore, the study of the relationship between the theory of specific blade edge load, the theory of specific surface load, rheological effect and beating performance, and the non-isolated understanding of the relationship between the various elements, is important to ensure the fiber bonding strength, filter performance, retention rate, quality of the finished paper and It is very important to save power consumption for beating.

Working Principle of Disc Working Principle:
"three-point paper making, seven-point beating", beating is to treat the fibers in the pulp by the mechanical action method of the grinding disc tooth pattern, so that it can be decomposed, appropriately cut and split; more importantly, the fibers absorb water during beating. Swelling makes it have higher elasticity and plasticity and meets the requirements of paper machine production, so that the produced paper can reach the expected quality index.
Grinding disc design has always followed the theory of specific blade edge load (SEL). The theory of specific blade edge load describes and characterizes the beating characteristics based on the effective load of the impact-shearing flocculated fiber per unit length at the intersection of the rotary blade tooth and the fixed blade tooth edge of the refiner. Specifically, it is determined by the effective power (net power) N of the refiner, the rotation speed n, and the cutting length L per revolution of the grinding plate.

Installation Instructions

Our grinding discs plate are all qualified products subject to strict quality control and testing, please rest assured to use. In order to ensure that the grinding disc is at the minimum vibration value when running at high speed. In order to ensure that the grinding disc is in good condition during work, please install it strictly according to the installation instructions during installation:

1. When installing the combined grinding discs, the same gap should be maintained between the grinding discs, so as to avoid the grinding discs from squeezing and rupturing when they are heated and expanded.
2. When installing, the same group of fan-shaped grinding discs must be installed in strict accordance with the numerical order of the grinding discs, and the static and dynamic discs cannot be interchanged to ensure the effective balance of the grinding discs.
3. The two sets of grinding discs with the same rotation direction of the double disc grinding should be installed in pairs, left to left and right to right.
4. Different groups of fan-shaped grinding discs cannot be mixed and used because the thickness of the same group of grinding discs is processed together on a high-precision grinder, which requires high parallelism.
5. Before installing new grinding discs, clean the installation plate thoroughly, and do not completely fix it during installation. Wait for a group of grinding discs to be installed and adjust the gap between the grinding discs before they are completely fixed.
