Forming section
The wire part of the fourdrinier paper machine is referred to as the fourdrinier wire or the wire case for short. The main component of the fourdrinier wire is an endless finely woven wire running between two large rollers with a chest close to the headbox, usually used to support the wire, and in some papermaking systems, also acts as a dewatering element or vacuum forming The role of the device. The couch roll on the other side plays the role of supporting the net and removing moisture.
Structural composition

Press section
Pressing form: one ordinary pressing, one large-diameter gantry pressing.

Pressurization method: Pneumatic pressurization is adopted.
The press section has two stages of a double-felt vacuum press. It has two press nips, using pneumatic pressurizing. Besides, the press section is equipped with all kinds of guide rolls, expander rolls, correctors, tensioners, high and low-voltage shower pipes, a suction boxes, blades and walking board, etc. Combined-type box-shape rack, section steel welding, sheet dryness (out of press section): 44-48%.Felt's max. working tension: 4.5N/m.
Dryer section
The drying part adopts a large gear transmission mode, and the frame is a box structure.
The operation and transmission sides of the drying cylinder are equipped with a longitudinal table and a necessary horizontal table.
In order to ensure the drying ability, this proposal has 30 sets of dryer cylinders. Each dry wire has one set of pneumatic correctors and tensioners. The drive side of the drying section uses open-type big gear wheel drive, each group of dryer cylinders has 6 sets of big gear wheels, and the rest dryer cylinders are driven by dry wire. The rack is welded box-type. All dryer cylinders use rolling bearings, which are divided into groups: 10+10+sizing machine +1+9. Dry felt max. working tension: 5N/m.
Electronic control&Drive
Equipped with configuration, inverter, controller with variable frequency cabinet, work station. Frequency converter for ABB brand.
A system with a single action, linkage, monotonous, division ratio tracking fine-tuning, division stops, whole stop, tighten regulation and load balance control and each part can speed, current digital display, and is equipped with speed memory function, can realize adjust the speed of each part.
It uses AC variable frequency motor and sectional drive. The main drive has 17 drive points, each drive point separately consisting of an AC variable frequency motor, hard tooth surface reduction box, coupling, and soleplate, etc. Motor speed: 1500rpm, voltage: 380V.
