Product Description

D-type hydraulic pulper is mainly used to pulp all kinds of pulp board, broke and waste paper. The main features are: the Vokes Rotor deviates from the center position, which makes the pulp contact with the rotor more quickly and frequently. Traditional hydraulic pulper produces unimpeded swirling flow, and the material moves from the feeding position to the central rotor following a helix line, while D-type hydrapulper changes this mode, which makes material contact with the rotor more quickly, shorten the time from feeding to pulping. Additionally, it can improve the production capacity without increasing power and volume.

D-type Pulper is mainly composed of D-shape tank body, rotor, accept plate, bracket, motor and shield, etc.When water injected into the tank reaches half of the volume, start the motor, then uniformly feed pulp board, broke or waste paper into the tank. When rotor rotates, pulp material runs towards to surroundings from the center, vortex forms in the center area. Under strong hydraulic force and shearing action, materials are exposed to intense friction and rub, together with force from the rotor, pulp board or broke are defibered to single fiber in wet condition. After defibering and separating, pulp flows out from the screen holes while foreign matters and heavy rejects fall into the sediment tank and then discharged regularly.When continuously pulping, foreign matters and heavy rejects go into sediment tank and are discharged after process in reject separator. For the special structure of such hydrapulper, when rotor rotates, pulp flow is stopped by the flat wall of D shaped tank and then change flow to the center. Thus, circulation route of pulp is shortened, bringing higher efficiency of pulping. Those left paper scraps and fiber bundles will be further deflaked in the clearance between rotor and screen plate. Pulping blades are specially designed at the end so that the screen holes will not be plugged. Ragger is equipped when pulping for continuously removing ropy rejects, greatly extend the continuous operation of pulper. That is how the pulping efficiency is improved.

Structure & principle

1.D-shaped tank
Made of welded steel plates. Top end is strengthened by channel steel. A guide plate is set in the cone bottom so the pulp flows back and circulates. A rectangle interface on bottom of tank connects to sediment tank. This interface shall be opened at worksite according to working process required by customer.
2.Rotor Device:
Consists of rotor, screen plate, accept plate and transmission device. The rotor is energy saving Vokes rotor and texture is cast steel. Blades are made of tool steel with heat treatment, fastened to rotor blades by screws and can be replaced after worn. Screen plate is made of wear-proof stainless steel, with bedknives inlaid. The gap between the bottom side of rotor blades and screen plate bedknives is initially set as 2mm, but adjustable according to actual requirements. Rotor and accept plate are set higher than the tank bottom. On the one hand, a low pressure area formed around the accept plate to collect the rejects, then the rejects are brought into sediment tank and at last separated. On the other hand, this design can reduce contacts between rejects and rotor so as to extend rotor service life, also prevent the twisted rope winds round the rotor to ensure normal operation. Below the accept plate, an outlet pipe for accepted pulp is connected with pulp pump.
3.Bracket
Made of welded steel plate, and used for supporting tank and rotor device.
