Installation Instructions

Pass the paper threading rope through the imported sheave and tie it to the remaining rope (or stick it with tape), relax the paper threading rope next to it, and gently hold the paper threading rope at the entrance sheave and crawl on the console In the dryer, you must master the inner and outer sides of the paper rope. The paper rope should not be entangled. Hold the paper rope with appropriate force. If the force is too strong, the new paper rope in the front of the dryer may not follow the old rope. If it is too small, the paper lead rope will sag down. When a new paper lead rope appears at the outlet of this group of dryers, stop the dryer to loosen the joint, hold the paper lead rope, continue to crawl the dryer, and estimate the length of the paper lead rope. When enough, stop the dryer. Wear the paper threading rope according to the direction of the paper threading rope, pull the paper threading rope at the exit of the tensioner, and lift the tensioning rope pulley to the top, in a loose position, tighten the fixing screws with a wrench, and pull the paper threading rope One less rope wheel is used to prevent the paper rope from being too long after the rope is tied. Pay attention to safe operation. The length of the joint should not be less than 50cm. When cutting off the excess joint, cut it into a bevel to prevent the joint from being too thick. Re-fit the removed rope wheel, pull the paper rope, loosen the fixing screws of the tensioner, and let go of the paper rope. At this time, the paper rope is tensioned. Check the direction of the paper rope again. The dryer cylinder can be rotated.

The correct joint method of the paper rope
1. Preparation: Two pieces of paper lead rope to be connected, stainless steel lead pin, safety rope cutter, tape and marking pen.
2. Mark the place about 800 and 1800mm away from the end of the two sections of paper rope to be connected.
3. The master of the paper-tipping rope manufacturer inserts the end of one of the paper-tipping ropes into the net-like end of the needle (press the net-like end with your fingers to ensure that the paper-tipping rope does not fall off from the net-like end). Insert the leading end of the guide pin from the place marked 800mm on the other section of the guide rope.
  4. Push the guide pin through the paper guide rope and pass it out at the place marked 1800mm.
5. Cut off a strand of paper guiding rope 300mm away from each end of the two lengths of paper guiding rope. The paper threading rope manufacturer then repeats this action every 35-40mm until all the 7 strands of paper threading rope are cut short, forming a longer cone.
6. Push the tapered section of the paper-lead rope completely back into the middle of the paper-lead rope.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for another piece of paper threading rope to complete the rope connection.
