Product Description
The O-type hydraulic pulper is used in the pulp and paper industry to break down the damaged paper of the pulp board and regenerate waste paper. It is the main equipment for pulping and impurity separation in the early stage. Its working principle is to use the mechanical action of the turntable blades in the tank and the turntable blades. The hydraulic shearing effect caused by the rotation achieves the disintegration effect, which has the advantages of fast speed, high efficiency, convenient operation, and energy saving
1. This O-type pulper adopts an upper transmission output device, the tank body no longer needs a sealing device and a bearing, therefore, the power consumption is small, and energy saving can be 50-80%.
2. The equipment has no mechanical seals, no wearing parts, long-term operation and stable operation, no leakage, users will no longer affect production due to replacement of bearings, spend money, this machine is not short of gear oil and does not exceed the burden. Under circumstances, it is no longer difficult to repair mechanical equipment.
3. This O-type pulper uses universal energy-saving couplings, and the bottom is positioned with steel balls and tetrafluorohexene wear-resistant parts, with low noise and low vibration, and the production process is stable and efficient.
4.Due to the further reform of the bottom sieve plate, the light material in the waste paper (such as plastic film) will be peeled off, and no debris will be formed to facilitate the screening of the slurry.
5. This pulper can be used for high-concentration pulping or low-concentration pulping, with a wide range of applications and less user investment.
