Spiral dryer screen's application in paper machine:
Dryer fabric is a drying part of wet paper web. The conventional drying system can dry the wet web from 60% moisture to 2% moisture with help of drying fabrics. drying fabrics play an important roll for giving a final shape and parameters to the paper drying fabrics are also known as conveyor Belts.
1) Widely used in the production of cardboard with a net, kraft paper, corrugated paper, paper of train tickets and single whiteboard paper;
2)Instead of dry blanket, canvas of paper machine drying;
3)Also widely used in printing and dying,food,salt industry,pharmacy,environment protection etc.

1.Has the acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistant, long service life
2.With smooth surface, the tensile strength, permeability is good.
3. According to user requirements in filling in the grid round wire (2 to 5) (a) or black flat silk, adjust at porosity, meet the process requirements.
