Installation Instructions

1. Raise the gravity roll on both cold plate and hot plate of double-sided machine, and take fixed measures to ensure a certain space distance, so as to allow the new conveyor belt to pass.At this point, the rotary arm pneumatic (or manual) tensioner should also be in the relaxed position
2. Run the interface position of the old belt to the main drive roll, remove the connection(threading) wire, string the new belt joint and the old belt joint together with connection(threading)wire, lay down the new belt, start the old belt to run slowly,then take out the old belt, and string the two joints of the new belt together .
