In order to adapt to the production of different kinds of paper, the pressure Cylinder Mould Former machine is installed on the paper machine, which can not only produce a good evenness of paper, improve the printing performance, reduce the longitudinal and longitudinal tension ratio of the paper, but also adjust the pulp speed and wire speed.It has the advantages of flexible operation, convenient adjustment, compact structure, small floor space and easy manufacture.It can be installed on the newly designed paper machine and also suitable for the transformation of the old paper machine.
A complete set of Cylinder Mould Former include: cylinder mould, couch roll , guide roll, felt foil box ,movable spray pipe ,frame and base plate .
Foundation part including sole plate, anchor bolt ,nut etc. foundation drawing content : reserve hole position ,size, elevation, the static and dynamic load of each driving point. it is only for technical reference. the sole plate material is cast iron HT200 , through 2 times again eliminate stress processing.
