Installation Instructions
Preparation before installation
1.Check whether the appearance of the air-expanding shaft is damaged, such as deformation, cracks, etc., to ensure it is intact.
2.Prepare the required tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, barometers, air hoses, etc.
3.Confirm that the space at the installation position is sufficient and meets the installation requirements of the air-expanding shaft.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Place the air-expanding shaft stably near the installation position to avoid collision.
Step 2: According to the installation drawing of the equipment, align one end of the air-expanding shaft with the corresponding interface of the equipment, and gently tighten the connecting bolts with a wrench. Be careful not to over-tighten to avoid damaging the interface.
Step 3: Connect the air hose, connect one end of the air hose to the inflation interface of the air-expanding shaft, and the other end to the air source equipment. Ensure the interface is tight during connection to prevent air leakage.
Step 4: Slowly open the air source valve, observe the inflation of the air-expanding shaft through the barometer, and make the air pressure in the air-expanding shaft reach the specified value (usually 0.4-0.6MPa). During inflation, pay attention to whether the expansion of the air-expanding shaft is uniform. If there is any abnormality, stop inflation immediately and check the cause.
Step 5: After the air-expanding shaft reaches the specified air pressure, close the air source valve, and then check again whether the connecting bolts are firm and the air hose connection is tight.
Step 6: Connect the other end of the air-expanding shaft to the corresponding interface of the equipment according to the above steps, and conduct the same inspection.
Post installation inspection and precautions
1.After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection, including the expansion of the air-expanding shaft, the tightness and firmness of each connection part, etc.
2.During use, regularly check the air pressure of the air-expanding shaft to ensure it is within the specified range. If a drop in air pressure is found, replenish the gas in time and check for air leakage.
3.Avoid severe impact or excessive load on the air-expanding shaft to prevent affecting its service life.
4.When it is necessary to disassemble the air-expanding shaft, first release the gas in the air-expanding shaft, and then disassemble it after it is completely contracted. Handle it gently during disassembly to avoid damage.
